I’ve never once dated a guy who liked to shop. No, that’s not even accurate. I’ve never once dated a guy who didn’t hate to shop.
How is that possible, you might wonder. How could we even be friends?
Well, let’s start in the beginning. The one guy in high school who paid attention to what I wore, the one I had such a secret crush on, had come out by our ten-year reunion. Only sometimes. I mean, in general, all my fictional books are fictional. For example, my next release is about an erotic comedy writer, living in Reading, who gets pregnant by mistake. A few months ago, the hubby and I were in London, leisurely strolling through Hyde Park, soaking up the rather wet English weather…literally. Then all of a sudden, I realized something. This wasn’t just any park. Oh, no. I grabbed my man’s arm, all excited, “this was where Satan St John, the dashing Earl, dueled with Yelverton.”

Marc Jacobs Rana PouchThe Rana Pouch is a part of the new Marc Jacobs collection and from today on, you can preorder it @ Nordstrom. If you had your eyes on it, better hurry since there is a limited number of Rana pouches that will be available. I honestly do not know what to think about it. I like the pouch idea, but I do not like frogs (really, I don’t… How weird am I? … Just kidding). It’s not like frogs are my favorite animals or extra cute or whatever, I generally find them to be quite dull and potentially very annoying (croaking is only fun when there is a single frog doing it, trust me)… But I have to admit that it looks catchy… The other thing I do not like about the frog is its jeweled eyes… A bit too much for my taste.
